Just found this on google: https://upload.video.google.com/
Another incredible beta thingy made by google. You can upload video files in any size and it's unlimited. You just need a free gmail account to log in and download a small upload program.

I hope there is also an image upload available soon on google.

No that's just an option. The author can choose if people may view it with or without paying.
