ok i lost my title screens and want them back

i've got the logfile from start up

Right now i've got console starting, gray screen, main menu
(i have custom vids that i want to see, only reason i want title screens)

these are the only things that appear wrong with the start up

looks like your whole rcon.urc is messed up, a missing { or " somewhere perhaps? that'll do it to cause that many errors with that many things.

post your .urc.

well the weird thing is i haven't ever seen my rcon.urc file

probably a mod you just downloaded... remove your custom .pk3's and put them in one at a time til you find it

ok found the custom.pk3

but i still have the problem with the localized.cfg
am i missing a cfg file?

localized and custom are two optional .cfg's, mainly for a user to put in his own binds without going through MOH or dealing with the machine-made unnamedsoldier.cfg

any explanation why i dont' get my title screens?
i'm going to try the repair option but i was hoping to figure this one out..

you've probably set soem parameters into your config or shortcut, what have you got in the shortcut? if it's in your config then you're kinda SOL. it's blasted hard to take one thing from a config, and harder still to find what you're looking for in it.

i use a crack .exe (comes with rev) so it skips lal that for me, otherwise i'd tell you exactly what to get rid of.
