I thought that the Bunny Hop issue was addressed in one the early patches.

CoD2!! omghax! wtfomgbbqpwnageownt!
i read about this in PCG June issue, amazing stuff, the AI is supposed to be better than F.E.A.R.'s (which is a pretty damn high claim) the graphics are supposed to rival Q4, the game is going to pwn.

I just played it on easy and it is good, but nothing is radically new, that I could see. In other words, it is just like the original COD game, but in a new setting.
The demo is very short, and I would hope it is not a complete mission. If it is, the 27 mission singleplayer game will only last about 6 hours. Come to think of it, the original COD singleplayer game was the same--over too quickly.
I downloaded it from: [ Edited by jv_map

what was here would classify as a warez link

decent game i think, theres no ragdoll from what i see, although the AI interacts very well with itself it's too cinematic, they'll wait for hours until you find your way out of a house when really, they'd be rushing to take more buildings... MOH was that way too i guess.
like the original CoD this feels too cartoony, too big, too disproportioned, i can't nail it down but it doesnt feel real like teh MOH series did.
the tech is nice the sound is brilliant, but it's nothing new, like Tom said.

Im fairly happy with the demo and have mostly moved to mapping for cod in preperation for cod 2 as they are going to use a similar radiant.
This hasn't put me off.

What puts me off is the size of the file. Over 600 MB for a demo? Come on. And you say it's short. I don't even bother to get it.

Sure, Lizard.

Somehow game magazines manage to fit 20+ demos in one CD. And they are demos of new games.

Its DVDs these days - Lizard is right, textures push the demo sizes UP - cos they wanna show off. If the levels extended further, the filesize may have gone up yet another 100Mb or so

as a matter of fact: yes. although usually that DVD will contain a trailer video, some little 2d games, a major game, and a lower-tech 3d game. my latest PCG DVD had 3 gigs of stuff on it.
