Hard Roofs Angles

I see in some maps the structure of some buildings use a hard angle to make roofs (in special, churchs).

Exist a tutorial showing how make this (i use cones, but the effect not is clean).

You can easy do this with a single brush and the clipping tool.

Make a brush which has the same sizes in the X and Y directions. And make it long in the Z direction.
Then select the brush, hold control and click on the right mouse button like this:

Dot 1 was my first click, dot 2 was my second click, then hit enter and the brush will be cutted like in the image, do the same on the right side and also from an other camera side-view. Then you'll get a piramide like in your screenshots.

Ahhhhhhhh

One question, what is scale indicate to work (2,4 or 8) ???
I always use 8 and 16, but for this work is best i change my scale ?

It depends on the size of your object you are working on, the zoom level you are using and how precise you are working. Grid 8 (key 4) is default. But if you are mapping u'll change the scale al the time, it just depends on the situation.

For the size of a church roof you can use grid 4 to 32, works all great.
