Every game has another map format. I've been working on converting Enemy Territory maps to MoHAA and vice versa, but there are many difference issues in the map file formats that need to be resolved (detail brushes, entities, not mentioning the need to retexture it). So I'd say your best bet is to try to recreate them from scratch in Radiant.

Most the editors for games that use the Quake 3 engine have free sample maps that will load in the mohaa's editor. Then it is just a matter of filtering out all the garbage to get at the brushes. It could save you weeks of work, as it did for my converted map.
EF2_axis_station
Adapted from a Startrek: Elite Force 2 map called "M4l1a-attrexian_station". Originally a singleplayer map, the station has been moved from deep space to a seaside mountian. The shuttle bay has become an assembly and launch area for V1 rockets.

The difference between the EF2 & MoH engines are very little (they are both build upon Heavy Metall FAKK 2's engine), that's why you didn't have a big problem converting the map to MoH. It won't be this easy with other Q3 engines, though, believe me.
