missing buttons....

going through the mapping tutorials on this site using radiant, i just cant seem to follow a few bits. they refer to a right click menu that should appear when right clicking the 2d view.. ok i get that, long list of stuff like 'equipment' 'fx' 'nonstatic'. they say i should see 'light' and 'player' both of which just aint there.
it must be something obvious im doing wrong but its incredibly frustrating...

Do you have the file entdefs.pk3 in your main directory? If so, check the paths in the project settings of Radiant.

I had the same problem you did. MOHRadiant comes with a .pk3 file (entdefs.pk3) that has some C++ files in it. Mine was in C:\Program Files\MOHAATools\ Just move it to where all of your Pak files are. All of these menu commands will come up.
This is just to clarify what jv_map (one of the greatest mappers of all time) said.
