in sp there is the command post map with the alarm going off and the guard AI rushing in to snuff you in waves of two until you shut off the alarm. question...

would it be possible to set up a time interval triggered directing three or more AI bots to 'rush in' and fire on any player until a certain directive is met ?

2. if so could this be done without using jv's bot fix ?

3. would it be possible to use a custom skin ?

reason: thought this up in the wee hours last night for my chicago map (676 Broad St. Bullies Vs. The World series) were in four minute intervals an 'announcement ' is made that police units are being sent in to snuff out the players (all gang members on two teams). units would be of three or four at a time and would like to see a couple units attack at once in waves until something like a brushed police van is destroyed. all this while a regular dm type game is going on.

wow that would be sweet on LAN play (no lag, you see).

However i'm not experienced in jv's bots so i cant help you. but probably, if you give them a bomb goal way in the back or something or maybe just a bunch of sniper/camper nodes.

You can spawn the bots as normal ai's and follow the same rules as in SP you don't have to use the bot scripts . It will work serverside as long as the clients have JVbots

so it is possible and would involve essentially pulling apart the command post's scr and creating nodes for the ai ?
