i don't insult everyone i can, there are millions i have missed but i try to 'enlighten' indivduals to how counterproductive thier actions/existence is to us all becoming one.

I meant the skaters that wear baggy clothes, listen to hiphop and spend half their lives in the skatepark, mostly talking because they're not really able to do any tricks or even ride the board or inline skates properly.

that's alright, i think skaters that hang around and can't do no tricks are quite hopeless... altho, the hip hoppers walking thru the streets nowadays with pink (!) clothing are even worse... i can't help lol at them (which surely will end up in someone beating me up for that )

I think doing anything where you're not learning, experimenting, or improving yourself in some way is a waste of time. I don't like skaters because of how they think of themselves and others. That sort of high-mindedness and arrogence jsut gets me.

However, i've never heard Nickelback (going to now) so i can't judge them...

EDIT: well i've got to say Nickelback's good. Their slow songs seem to have too much "fuzz" (raw voice sound), but they're pretty good.

But that vid is great, i've got to get that broadcasted here somehow... there's a band of wannabe skaters who do exactly what Rookie said... go to skateparks, pretend to be badass and be ultimate skaters, and end up injuring themselves and therefore just talking amongst each other.

ok heres the real deal on nickelback.

If you tend to have playlists of lumped together top 40 hits, check them out.

If you are easily impressed, and then overwhelmingly loyal to a band, because there is a lyric about a girl giving him a blowjob(so many people mention this song), check them out.

If you want a band you can hum along to, who are trying to emulate a sound that has evolved from 60-70-80's rock bands, check them out.

If you actualy like good rock music, musicianship etc etc, check out something else.

For example, the latest pop diddy by nickely, that i unfortunately have to listen to on wpdh nightyl at work... features possibly the worst guitar solo ever... Its not cause he doesnt know how to play, its becuase there is no life in it, and perhaps his skills are limited.

Nickelback is not the reincarnation of Zeppelin, or Queen or hell even Rush... They are a pop band emulating a classic rock sound. You can sing along to it, I give em that... and I did think they had a promising start, I did like the first song, but after that it was downhill fast.

Basicaly, I think they want to be the foo fighters. But dave grohl is way cooler then they will ever be.

To each thier own, I dont care what other people listen to, but for a musical debate i tihnk nickelback ahs no legs to stand on.

you could make a montage from videos like the above by going to either collegehumor.com's movie section and filtering for tags like 'idiot' 'skateboard' 'ouch' or uselessjunk.com
