Do you have a router?

Here are some ports you need to play or host online,
UDP 12203 MOH Default Server Port
UDP 12300 GameSpy Monitoring Port
UDP 12201 MOH Monitoring Port
UDP 12202 MOH Alternate Game Port
UDP 12210 MOH Alternate Game Port

You can do that somewhere in your firewall software or your router if you have one.
Search for something like virtual server or something where you can add programs or ports.
There is a windows firewall for XP under your controlpanel, on the second tab you can add a port. If you have an other firewall try to look for the same thing.
For a router you have to get inside the router, you can do this to go to http://10.0.0.2/ (if that doesn't work try to find an other way, read the manual) then you have to enter a name and password. If you don't know what name and PW try 'Admin' and as PW 'epicrouter'.

... yes :P, MoH doesn't support auto download and a map isn't server sided. So all your clients have to download your file first m8.

Then that is why no one can join.

Seems a bit stupid not allowing the server to download the map works on all my other games.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
