Ive Never Mapped Before and Im looking to do something for when i have some time on my hands and i was wondering is there any way to download MoH Radiant or other files without having a FilePlanet account???

You can get radiant straight from EA's Allied Assault site

you may have to download winrar...on same site, install it, and then try and open the tool you downloaded
