Weapons mod

I seen this question on another forum, but you guys think it would be possible to release a mod where the weapons cycle between the users in the game?
Scenario:
Axis has 6 players, Allies have 6 players
Axis players, start and each spawns with a different weapon, when they respawn they have another weapon.
Same with the allies...
It would sorta add some depth to gameplay
and only two people can have the same weapon at the same time maybe too
