.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I want to install Spearhead version of Radiant. Plx tell me averything about making a folders in mohaa directory, instaling and configuration of MoHAASpearhead Radiant and everything u know for good work of this Radiant.
1. Where should i make folders for this Radiant
2. How much and what folders
3. How to configuration it
4. Everything else

I installed the MoHAA in D:\Medal of Honor
Is it ok to make a map folder in D:\Medal of Honor\main?
I think I have to make dm and obj folders also in "main" folder
I must copy q3map(or smth like this) to D:\Medal of Honor\main\maps
I must copy endefs.pk3 to D:\Medal of Honor\main

What else I have to do?
Plx help.
Any different folders for scripts?
