leak from no where

I keep getting told i have a like in my map during compile.
I use the pointfile as instructed, except it goes no where.
It starts from the voids heads towards my sky box and then stops out side of it!
it doesn't even go through the wall, it just stops on the outside and points no where yet it still 'leaks'

I've replaced it numerous times, even divided it up since it was a rather long piece. I've checked the textures too, it's just caulk with one side with sky

Don't use caulk on your skybox. Just draw your box with your sky texture selected, hollow it and deselect it.
Or select your entire box and apply your sky, no caulk.

I always use sky caulk and texture the inside. I also never hollow a skybox unless I need a quick map to test something.

yeah, i've used caulk before no prob. plus it reduces textures comp has to do. I don't know what it was.
Third time was the charm. I just deleted the sky box and made a whole new one

Sometime a door will leak, if it was cloned. It is not a leak to the void, but a vis leak--does not show up in the pointfile. These leaks do not harm anything, but it will help preformance, if they are fixed.
