IP or clientid query?

Is it possible to query the clientid or the IP-adress via script?
What im planning to do:
If a player does something lets say 5 times -> then kick.
Any ideas?

Okay, workarround:
Can i set a certain variable/counter to a player. And if he does sumthing, lets say activating a trigger 5 times, he gets kicked?

Hmm one way of kicking a player via script is just removing him
$player[number] remove
but it's not a very nice way
