tactics program

Hey all,

A long time ago I downloaded a program for making tactics for mohaa. It was like a online whiteboard. You could connect to another computer and paint on screenshots of maps to make tactics. Does anyone have heard of this program or knows where to download? I tried google but didn't find anything.
