I did the "making bot paths" tutorial(or something like that )
and it says "Badguy Move Threaded" ingame but the dude doesn't walks from path1 to path2 (I checked the name very carefully) but he just stays where he is....
what can be the problem?
Are you makeing a bot may useing jvmap's bots or are you talking about single player ai ? How far apart are your pathnodes ? Did you use lots of them . Not all pathnodes have to be special nodes part of the path but you need to have pathnodes between the pathnodes that have targetnames and are part of your path . I forget the exact distance needed between pathnodes but I think the max is 320 units or less . If you bring up the leveldesign menu and click on the show routes check box you should be able to see green lines criss crossing your map where the pathnodes would have been if they drew in game .
