.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I downloaded SDK, installed, and did the first room tutorial...np.

Then I closed everything. The next day, went to open SDK, doesn't respond. No "un-install" tabs to be found.

Any suggestions? Thank you for any help!

did you try to re-install it and delete the registry file from your pc?

start>execute task (srry don't know the english version of it)
then type in: regedit
Go to HKEY_Local_machine
Then Software
and then look for the sdk
when you found it delete it and try re installing the sdk

I tried to delete it from Windows Explorer, it said it was being use by another person or program. I am the only one useing this computer so must be program I thought.

Hmmm, I did the regedit...SDK wasn't anywhere to be seen.

When I use windows explorer, I see it under Programfiles/eagames/mohaa/SDK , but in regedit all I see is mohaa and spearhead and the patches(211,215). I can't delete it from windows explorer.

Tried to just reinstall, but same thing happens.

When I open radiant from SDK tools, it opens the window, but it has multi color lines and dots (like the old Attari games did when they were dirty). When I try to close the program, I have to end program/ not responding.

If you hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete the "Windows Task Manager" screen will pop up. If it shows the SKD running, you can shut it down with that and then uninstall it.

I had already ended the program. Still can't uninstall it. I even tried restarting the computer to be sure it wasn't running in the backgraund somewhere.

Could it be that the computer thinks the mohaa programs need it?
I would hate to have to uninstall everything related to mohaa to get rid of this.

One of two options....Start in safe mode F8 during start up for me- then delete the program.
Option 2/ Can you not "system restore" to when it was working fine?

Try downloading a program called ccleaner with 2 c's. It will find residuals left over from uninstalls, and will allow you to do a backup incase you uninstall something you shouldn't have. It also has an uninstall tool, that may or may not see the program you are trying to work on.


There's a program called tweaknow regcleaner standard, that will safely clean out useless items in your registry.

Have you done a disc cleanup and defrag lately ? Maybe things just need to be "cleaned" up a little, enabling your programs to run properly.

It turned out it was some kind of conflict with my video card. A friend came over and fixed this for me. He didn't explain verywell. I don't understand, being it worked the first time I opened it, but...
