Did you set your MBuilder paths correctly? Or try finding the .bsp in the path where you saved your map. Why don't you register?

Ok, did you set the paths of your mohaa tools and mohaa game? Program files\mohaa tools is the default path for Radiant and Program files\ea games\mohaa is the default path for the mohaa game. Then just click other options in MBuilder and select death match/free-for-all/round-based. Then compile and play!

Don't know how big your map is, but is your VIS datasize more than 2.9 million??? If it is, no .bsp will be created. I'm sure this isn't your problem, but something to consider.

"G:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -gamedir G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\Testlight.map
pause
"G:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -vis -gamedir G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\Testlight.map
pause
"G:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\MOHlight.exe" -gamedir G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\Testlight.map
pause
Copy "G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\dm\Testlight.bsp" G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps

Copy "G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\dm\Testlight.bsp" G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps
try changing it to

Copy "G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\Testlight.bsp" G:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm

It still gives me that bsp error plus the max surface info error.

anyone? or is it hopeless?

Ok the max_surface_error could be being caused by .pk3 contamination - try removing any custom .pk3 files and , if you have Spearhead, rename the mainta folder to anything so long as it doesn't have main in it.

Hopefully this will (fingers crossed) solve the problem..

If you look on the top bar for BSP, then select in turn, bsp, then once that has finished, select bsp_vis (fast), again let that finish then select bsp_light (fast), again let finish, then try running the compiler. Have you downloaded Mbuilder. It will compile you maps with easa.

I suggest you don't use bsp_light, bsp_vis. Use MBuilder. That compiler sucks!
