Enemies Falling Down

I've got "special enemies" in my single player mod that are supposed to be hard, but it's stupidly easy to beat them because they can fall down, so they player and his allies can beat on them until they die before they can get up.
I've noticed that allies never fall down. Is there a way I can make enemies never fall down? If it's not too complicated, could I make specific enemies never fall down, or make them get up faster? It's so annoying how enemies will lie on their backs for ten seconds before they get up, and getting shot will reset said ten seconds.

I tried to just remove the falling animations from the boss' .tik files, but what happened was, when the character actually wanted to fall down, he would just stand still because the animation wasn't there.

Hey, nolongpain = 1 worked out great! Thanks! It was getting so annoying, having the super-health bosses fall down so the player could take his time killing them.
