Converting MOH:Spearhead down to MOH:Allied Assault

Just because I hear scripting all sounds is a 'bit' (cough, understatement, cough) easier in MOHAA Tools than it is in SDK, I've decided to convert my maps to MOHAA. On the main map I'm working on, all the textures still show up, I think that is good. What else is there? Or is just loading the maps in MOHAA tools enough? I am pretty sure my Compiler will just compile all the same, but to the MOHAA/Main/Maps folder instead of Mainta/Maps.
