radiant comtrols

ok guys here is another question
when u opne radiant on there tuts i read about the eye the 2 eye the 3 eye and in the examples i see the letter A beside the camera ey
i have installed this program on 2 different machines and i still do not have the opton for the eye nor do i see the letter A any ideas?

Well did you have the eye? you will get the other "eyes" by clicking on the eye. It will rotate from eye -> eye1 -> eye2. There should be an "A" beside the eye, it's for turning on/off alpha view. I've installed it on two machines and both have the "A". It could be some setting in preferences but I don't think so. Try and check "wide toolbar" and restart radiant.

ummm no i do not have the eye my last control button is an X
i installeld the program on my other pc and it is the same way
there has to be a setting somewhere..........also i got the download from EAA games

oh storm i tried the wide tool bar that made things worse lol ty for the suggestions

Made things worse??
How can it make things worse, what are your screen res. ?? maybe the toolbar isn't completly visible if you have to low res. Then try and drag the whole toolbar out in the window and see if you can see all the options??
You might need to replace it (don't have it next to the big white box where you can type key words) place it above or under it. It can look as if options are missing since there is no "scroll" thingy for the toolbar.

ok storm my is 1024x768 but what u said is what i have my white text bar is right beside my radiant button s i am trying to grab and drag but won't seem to but it will rugh
and ty for your reply .......oh when i said made the them worse i meant more if the tool bar was hidden

good deal now i have a map ui wann make into a pk3 working senf to your friends to try out it is call arrattack arr for our clan

eh! I didn't really understand what you want??
What you have posted is a level.scr file, it's not needed to have an scr to play a map but if you wan't stuff like score board text, scripted events etc. then you will need a scr for your map.
If your map is named mymap.bsp you should have a mymap.scr, It could look something like the thing you posted. When you pack them into the pk3 the scr file should be located in the same folder as the bsp file.

hi again storm i think i am catching this in the worng part of the forum
i will make this simple
i have a map no doors lockable or otherwise it is a terrain map with bunkers
so what scipts do i need and what would they look like ?
i found that scrupit i entered here in several places like that is the GRAIL of scripts or sonething lol i am new i have no idea about scripting
