how can I remove the day light sky into black or something?

on a map your making or a stock map?

you can try using a different sky...
if its on a stock map night mod you'll need to assign a cvar to players' configs that's considered a hack and looks terrible, and they wont know how to get rid of it.

It's Remagen, isn't it level.farplane because I don't know if there is a different between $world farplane and level.farplane...

does somebody know the different and maybe to change the sky..?

You could use this as a global .scr and execute it in your main script file- I think it should work, although it does play around with cvars, which probably makes it an impractical solution:

Sun can't be removed Server side.....
Clientside its kinda a cheat....
So answer on Removing Sun from Stock maps...
