Is there anyway to find all my posts without having to look at everything, while trying to find them ?

ie: find all posts by.................

you just click on a username and then you will see find all posts everwhat username you clicked on

why would he want to read all of his own posts? fancy himself abit to much? started to get abit thick in old age and wants to re-read the smart things he once said?
