do I have the right software for mapping?

Hi,

I started mapping 2 days ago, but while following the tutorials, I got stuck twice while making "my first room":
- i can't add light (which according to the tut should be right mouse click > light)
- and i can't add spawnpoints (which should be rmc > info > player > start)

I tried downloading MoH Radiant from this site's downloading section (link to fileplanet), but all I can download that's remotely close to the software I need is the bsp2map converter)

I tried searching for the Radiant official site, but the MoH version doesn't seem to be supported any longer.

So I finally found the software at Nemesis' page, but with that version I got the problems stated above :(

what I basically see while right clicking in a window is this (put it in a link for 56k users)

So what I would like to know is: do I use the correct version or are my settings wrong?

tia!

In the directory MOHTOOLS you should find a ENDEFSfile,
you need to place this in your MOHAA/MAIN folder.
This should solve your problems.

sry ppl

I made a search for "spawn point", and hoped it'd give me a good result, but appearently it didn't

For installing and setting up Radiant i followed a tut on another site, which didn't say anything about putting that file in my mohaa\main dir..

But tnx alot for the quick reply!
