img efffect needed...

ok so all the window shaders have tons of extra scripting added to them so

red_pants
{
qer_editorimage textures/red_pants.tga
{
map textures/red_pants.tga
rgbGen lightingSpherical
}
}


how do i get this img to show the clear spots ......................
they show up black
and i created the tga exactly how all my map windows were done and the map windows showed up clear giving the correct effect

but this is a complicated img some of the img is supposed to be clear some needs to have texture ..................

so how to make the img clear wher it should be

granted im not suh a scripting noob so this question sounds verry sad lol
but im shure its a easy thing to fix...so any help ^^
