Hi,
I just found out that you can move textures other than change the values in the surface properties window. If you hold alt, you can drag a texture over the brush with your right mouse button.
I don't know if this is old news, but I think it's worth mentioning

Yeah it's a known thing
However, I prefer using the shift fields in most situations.
