I just stumbled upon this little game:

It's a nice arcade tank shooter/command game (think Battlefield 2 with tanks only

). It's wincrap only, but runs under Wine fine.

Check out the screenshots. Pretty impressive for a free game, eh?

Looks nice, but after playing Company of Heroes, all other games with tanks pale in comparison.
