How Can I Send My Map to Friends

Well I have tried to play my map with my friends online. But I dont know what file I need to send them so they can have my map.

I have tried to pass to .pk3 the .bsp file from my map and send them.. but It doesnt work..

Anyone who can helpme

What directories did you use in your pk3? for a dm map your pk3 must have a dm directory with the .bsp in it and the pk3 put into your friends main directory . If you host the server they don't need the .scr file but ususally you would include it so they can play the map with others using your script .

if you mean that when you send over msn it won't work thats because firstly a bsp isn't recognized by msn so it won't let it send, and secondly you might wonna do what the above are saying before hand.. pk3's send fine over msn.

your .bsp should be IN your .pk3. Just make a zip file, put your files in the right file structure, and put them in the zip file exactly as they appear. rename to .pk3 and you can send it.
