sten to thompson

is it possible to take the sten for SH and use it instead of the thompson.
with a tga file maybe
(all i want is the thompson to look like a sten)

Get the pics and name them like the sten pics the same bassis to make a gun and name them tompson what eva they are called and then it will probbly work =D
e.g. of mine textures\models\weapons\ThompsonSMG\ThompsonSMG.jpg
textures\models\weapons\ThompsonSMG\tompsonsite.tga

then you are done hope full i explaind it good :S

I think you have to mess with some .TIK files since you want to change the model (i suppose). Someone else please explain what to do exactly

Would be nice if model porting was that simple, lol . . .

Is the Sten in BT? Don't even remember ever using it . . . almost always use a rifle when I play and I don't play BT much.

If the model is from AA/SH or already works in SH, you could do it just by editing the tikis. But if it is from BT it would probably not be backward-compatible and would require porting through a modeling program at the least.

The sten is from SH but I don't have SH no more because I have to reformat so don't bother yourselves
