setting level difficulty

i make sp maps and want to know if there is a way to set the difficulty of the level throught the script
it is originally on easy and i want it on hard

I'm thinking you have to edit the AI to have better awareness ect....

no i mean like when my guy jumps off a 600 unit tall building he loses 3 health
he should really die but he doesnt

thats just the way of mohaa. you could i suppose add a trigger hurt just higher then the highest a player can get by jumping on things so when they fall threw it they die, or at least takes enough off so upon landing they die

ok that might work with a trigger hurt and just make the player lose all of his health or some of it.

I think setting the dm_flags #
<---number
Problem is i don't know which number, I think 1 is no health loss, Maybe try 5 and work your way up, Or down.
But then again i think this only works in MP Maps

yea im quite sure thats Multiplayer, i thought DM stood for Death Match?!

dmflags are specialized server settings. They don't work in or pertain to singleplayer in any way.
If you want the player to die after jumping off a building, look at our
Volumedamage tutorial. you can increase the damage the player is given there.
but i guess snake already said that...
