On the tool bar there is a button with the word model on it and a red x through it press that so you can select models . To restore radiant delete or edit your qe4 file or made sure it look somthing like this
{
"brush_primit" "0"
"basepath" "C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA"
"rshcmd" ""
"autosave" "C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\mainta\maps\autosave.map"
"mapspath" "C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\mainta\maps"
"remotebasepath" ""
"modelmask" "*.tik"
"entitydir" "code/"
"moddir" "/mainta"
"bsp_BSP" "! C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\SDK\tools\bsp $"
"bsp_BspVis" "! C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\SDK\tools\bspvis $"
"bsp_ALL" "! C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\SDK\tools\bspvislight $"
"bsp_ALL (fast)" "! C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\SDK\tools\bspvislightfast $"
}

Is there a way to get the default preferences on mohaa radiant?
I have tried to delete the radiant and reextract the file from mohaatools but when i try to start radiant is gives me an invalid page fault error. My qe4 file looks like this:
Code: Select all
{
"brush_primit" "0"
"basepath" "c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\"
"rshcmd" ""
"autosave" "c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\maps\"
"mapspath" "c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\maps\"
"remotebasepath" ""
"modelmask" "*.tik"
"entitydir" "code/"
"moddir" "main"
"bsp_BSP" "! q3map -v -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
"bsp_Vis (fast)" "! q3map -vis -v -fast -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
"bsp_Vis" "! q3map -vis -v -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
"bsp_Light (fast)" "! mohlight -v -fast -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
"bsp_Light" "! mohlight -v -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
"bsp_Light (final)" "! mohlight -v -final -gamedir ../mohaa/ $"
}
but the radiant still crashes
can i completly get it off of my computer and then put it back on somehow?
I FIXED IT!!!!

I was looking all over the radiant files and then i selected the radiant icon and said quickview. THis pulled up a wordpad type document and had the radiant icon in the corner. I clicked the icon and radiant crashed but asked me to edit preferences so i fixed the problem there but where is this toolbar
On the tool bar there is a button with the word model on it and a red x through it press that so you can select models

Go back to Edit > Preferences and check off "Wide Toolbar" to see that button -- must reboot radient. Or, You can hit keys Shift+Ctrl+U to toggle model selection on and off.
By the way, you probably hit Shift+Ctrl+U by accident to start with. Most of the control keys are listed under Help > Command List... .

In preferences check load last poject on open as well . It won't load the last map unless you check that too but you won't have to set the paths etc each time .
