Sorry, Mohradiant is the only quake 3 map editor compatible with the TIKI model system and LOD terrain

There's Qe3Radiant, GTK Radiant. But they both aren't as good as MoHRadiant, 'cause it's designed for mohaa only.

Does this mean you can make mohaa maps with GTK Radiant too? Or would that be technically impossible?

There are a couple of working FAKK2 plugins available, not too useful though.
Maybe some ordinary Qeradiant plugins work too.
