Is their a way to check if a client has a certain file in their main via a global script and if so, displays a message to them?

and lets just say for this matter the pk3 was called "user-ZZZ.pk3" or is it easter to detect a file within the pk3?

I don't think anything can be done just server side, The client would have to have a file on there side also, Like DMW scanner, Or Missionary Ect.....

well yea, thats fine, i basicly wanted to display a message if the client did not have a certain pk3 (for example a map) so they would know where to download it from.
