Sounds and the ubersound

As I was looking through the pk3 files for sounds for my forklift I noticed that some of the sounds in the ubersound were not even in the pk3 files

aliascache machine_loop sound/amb/Amb_MachineLoop_05.wav
I went to see if it was in the pk3 and it wasnt. :?
