.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

hi again everybody, yes, i know, i have lots of questions. Anywho, im not sure who is all familiar with the show stargate but i am tring to make the chyanne mountain complex and now can't figure out a good way to design the star gate. the problem is i can't figure out how to get the iside ring to spin but the outer ring to stay put. and theres the problem of the big wave that comes out when a wormhole is activated. Im sure there is a way, i just have to find it. any help would be nice. thanks again all

the recycle bin...... google it...... may have something there that's already done...... ? I know they got the gate.
