hey again. i don;t know why i have so many problems but heres another one i need some help with. I did some more on my map and it compiles and runs fine but there is no sound. i looked in the console and it said all the sounds need an alias in the ubersound.scr . not sure what this means so yeah, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you test your map in singleplayer, without "test_" in front of the name, there will be no sounds. There should be no problems testing in multiplayer.

well there was sound the first time i tested the map without 'test' infront of the name, then i worked o it some more and the next timei tested my map there was no sound and that error i talked about in the original post. so i don't think that not having 'test' infront is the problem or there is more than one problem and that just one of them.

Just before you start up your map in the game, type logfile 2 in the console. Then load your map. After you shut it down, go to Mohaa/main and move qconsole.log to your desktop. Copy the contents here and then you can trash the file.
