no bsp found

hi guys look it took me awhile to get the hang of all this and then just as i wsa getting confortable with it i had a pc problem and had to reformat
ok so here is the problem
originally i had a prob lem getting the command
+ set developer 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1 +set cheats 1 +set ui_console 1
put in the right place although i guess nto right using Xp i have a short cut in my start on the left of programs last opened and there is where i pit it after the exe." with a space
now that i do that and ecen going to run and navigating to the MOHAA folder it still does not work where and how is the best way to do this i cannot get it to work when i try to run a basic room it says no bsp file found
please help

ps i help someone set up his and he has xp and went to the shortcut and it worked any ideas
