How to light the whole map with one light?

Do you want sunlight, or do you want to make a light bigger?

ok well ill like to know both.. Because my room is indoor only.... Ill like to know the sun thing and to make light bigger

you could use ambientlight...

go to worldspawn settings ('n') and type
key: ambientlight
value: 50 50 50 (colours of the light and brightness)

or
create a light, select it, hit 'n' and type
key: light
value: [e.g.] 50 (the bigger the value, the bigger the radius of the light)
