how can you make usable planes,rockets,jetpacks,and jeeps? please awnser iwan to make some new maps with them

Your asking for a miracle. Usable planes and other things are extremely complicated. If you think you can do it look at jv_map's global heli script from modern warfare. If you can understand that, well make the things yourself. I would advise going for something easier.
