need help with obj!

when i load up my obj it wont let me plant the bomb, the object im hgoing to blow up is there, the red transparent bomb shape is there but then i hold enter to set it nothing happens, how can i fix?

Comment-out level waittill roundstart (only for testing) or ask another player?
