i was wondering if it is possible to have the player throw a smoke grenade and have a plane bomb the spot (spearhead sp)

i have no idea where to start and could imagine it to be quite complex or not possible

Well, my Fire-For-Effect mod could be useful to you. I've made a Spearhead version, however, due to several stability problems it mever made it further than a beta. Still, if you just rooted the air support part out of it, it should do for a single-player mission. Note that there is no actual plane displayed, only the airstrike explosions are done.

thanks for that i will have a proper read through later theres a lot of interesting arty methods in there it should be simple enough to implement into my script if i do get it working succefully ill give you the credit.
