Anyone want to help with OBJ/TOW Script for Tractor Works???

I am SO discombobulated...........
Sorry if asking to much...
I've got a plan and nothing for sense on scripting objectives, spent many hours trying and not sure it's right. SO, asking if anyone would contribute skills to the project.
These are from the Axis perspective....
What I want IF OBJECTIVE:
- two static objectives; open a door, turn-off generators.
- three random spawn locations; blowup a radio, blowup a T-34, steal documents (three or four locations each for variety).
IF TOW:
- two static objectives; open a door, turn-off the generators
- three random: turn off the radio, blow up the T-34 (spawn linked), defend the axis transport (spawn linked).
Random spawns should force play to all areas. I think I prefer the straight Objective version. Any input is appeciated.
AND--I've followed the tuts here, (wombat's) and no way can I get it to test with only one player..per his instructions using "//" to allow that.
