Skin problems

Okay, so someone has converted skins from breakthrough to allied assault for me. They all worked perfect except 2 of them. When I select them I only see a shadow, and nothing else. They seem to be invisible. Can anyone tell me what went wrong? Do I have to look for an answer in the tik files, the shader files?

Thanks.

usually if it's just a shader problem, the model ''covered'' by that portion of the shader will still show up but looking almost like silver/gray/white armor . if nothing is showing up, it's in the .tik file . might want to upload and provide a link to the .tik file (or possible the whole skin file in question) .

Most likely the skd weren't properly converted.

$oldier Of Ra would have helped more if ya would have posted more files...just looking at the tik files isnt going to tell us much ..except make us wonder if you have all the proper textures..or like salombo said ..was the models converted correctly...does thew skl calls for the shaders match the tik files? hard to tell from just the tik files alone.

I didn't make the skins, someone helped me convert BT skins to AA, all of them worked except these 2. Perhaps he can send me the skl files if he has them. I asked him, so I'll find out soon.

Nice one Salombo.
@Soldier of Ra: Because the golden age of mohaa has past, look at filefront (mohfiles.com) and you can usually find everything you want.

Wow thanks Salombo!! :D

@ erick: I know that and unfortunately it is, but we should be happy also that MoHAA is still alive, it's one of those few games that stays alive for almost 8 years. We should be happy that there are still a few thousands of players are still playing online, hundreds downloading maps and skins, tens and tens of people still making maps, mods and skins And a few of all those MoHAA fans are still spending nights and days away from their family trying to make the most extraoridnary mods and contributions, just to keep that game we all love here alive.
And we should be happy that MoHPA and MoHA sucked so hard that peope will still play MoHAA with a smile on their face and full of joy like when they took it off the shelves, all those years ago and played it for the first time.
