Hi Plz can you help me ... i don't know where the comand line is!!!! TY

What command line? give us more info

# Open up the Options screen, choose Advanced. Click the Console checkbox to enable the console in the game.
# Return to the Options screen.
# At the options screen, before you enter a game, bring down the console by typing ~ (the tilda key).
# Type in the words map simpleroom, or the word map and the file name that you used to save the level.

if you meant the game console (or CLI) the last answer is correct.
if you mean the windows command line just press START then "Run" then type in "cmd" and press ENTER, and there is the sexy black and white terminal.
