.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

Hey guys,

I'm a moviemaker and I want to remake the hunt (better graphics, sky for example)
but how can i open that map? it's a bsp file but dunno..

ok i have never done it before i would think of getting a BSP opener or BSP to MAP Converter,
But If You Do Be Warned Usually People Who Do This And Remake The Maps Find That The FPS Really Bites

there are a couple options for you -

1 you could use the source .map for the hunt - rename it, change it in radiant, new sky, anything you want. However - clients will need the custom map to join your server.

2 you can hex edit textures, skyboxes etc in the bsp, using the stock map on your server. however - clients will need your mod to see what you see.

3 you can use or make a mod to replace textures like "new light". still clients will need your mod to see what you see.

I would use 1 to make a new map. 2 if your just changeing the skybox or I would recomend a mod like "new light" if you just want a new look for your maps.

where can i find the source .map?
Can't find it, i'm trying to make something like they did in ET, for example:
