Cheats in multplayer? How enable?

For god sake, i dont know how enable console comm's in mp! I always run game with sv_cheats etc, and it work for SP... but when i start new "team match"... "cheats're not enable on this server"!
I need'em for map testing, not for cheating...

you must play the map in singleplayer -- no cheats allowed in multiplayer!
There is a hidden menu that you can bring up. It has Tris 1 and Tris 2.
bind F8 "togglemenu leveldesign"
I think you can just type togglemenu leveldesign in the console too.
btw, if you don't know place your map in the maps/ folder not in maps/dm to make it singleplayer
then start up game type maplist in console and doubleclick on your map

I think tltrude means to play the map LAN (~singleplayer) to do cheat-required commands.
I don't see why you need console commands that require sv_cheats on your server/multiplayer, Aprop?

BT. All cmds work on singleplayer... but i need to start map by Team Match, because if i start it from maplist or spdevmap game think its sp map and dont understand .dmteam value...

Yup, like I told Broadus, if you use map (not the same as rcon map) your map will be loaded as if it were a singleplayer map. You'll notice it right away when you're immediately spawned as an allied with no weapons.
"dmteam" doesn't work in singleplayer because it's DMteam (and not SPteam or something) so for LAN & multiplayer and you can only choose 1 team in singleplayer (= allies).
Just start the map LAN m8. Instead of clicking on the red door in the multiplayer room, click on the brown board next to it. I always use LAN for testing anything. But make sure gamespy and dedicated server are turned off before starting.
And set these in your unnamedsoldier.cfg config if they aren't there already. They'll ensure you, that you can use the full control of the console for your modding/developing:

seta fps "1"
Now you can use sv_showbboxes, it can show you bounding boxes of entities (value 1 I think), triggers (value 4) etc

Huh? I always start my Team-Match test map by that board... TEAM GAME- Start Team Game - Start Game ....

Use AA, developing cmds in BT & SH are horrible according to my personal opinion. Sv_cheats in the shortcut doesn't always work; make sure these 2 lines are in your config file:

What I do is set it in dmprecache. I have a cvar that I can enable/disable it but in a nutshell:
