You forgot to add an extension to your sound, in either the aliascache or the file or both. It must be .wav and mono.

i could be wrong but it looks more like a simple sound crash to me...happens usually when loading to many custom sounds.

Unlikely since I saw similar errors where the max is only 12 and many other different values (do a search, there are some posts here about them). That wouldn't make any sense because the maximum custom sounds cannot be altered through a cvar or anything.

It could be possible it crashed before printing out the wave extension...i still say he has a custom ubersound error causing the problem or the loading of to many aliases in ubersound..seen this error a couple thousand times and it always leads back to a altered ubersound problem.Trust me on this one? lol...i have a modified uberdialogue that removes all bot sounds..this allows you to add more custom sounds to multiplayer ..non-botted multiplayer maps that is:) Instread of using a altered ubersound you could use jvs sound fix or make the custom sounds map specific as a work around to bypass the error.

Well... i have custom game.... there's too much to explain :D

I removed some unused keywords from "auto loaded maps", now works fine.
