is pissible to make custom fx like "fire", im trying to make high grass moved by the wind, but before starting going crazy for that I would know if it's possible for you to do..
PS: I also need a little help, I dunno how to open and make skc files...i need to check the fire object to understand how it's made..

Yes it is pissible (lol, been watching 'Allo 'Allo have you?

). FX is basically a sprite spawned as a model. You'd have to make the animation yourself.
The model can use the fx_dummy's structure. So you'd just have to do add the new animations and add the sprite stuff in the tik.
But if you intend to cover a whole field with this or more, I warn you; the free edicts will receive a big blow. I suppose you could originspawn the particles...

You can raise the free edicts but the game won't run so stable any more...
