Can anyone explain me where can i download tools for pacific mapping/modelling, scripting etc?

well PA is very similar to AA/SH/BT but there are some more things that are useful, but if you can script in AA you probably will be able to do the same things..also it has few stock maps and that's really bad! And in my opinion they have made the spawnpool system not good..(bad in other words). They also made some cvar that are useless..
