Paintball

So I got this idea today to make *the* paintball mod.
I had several takes on it in the past, but none of them were particularly successful - the main disadvantage about projectiles was that they had no bullet spread. However, today it just occured to me that it could actually be achieved quite easily, and poof - here's what came out:

Currently only the M1 Garand is fitted for throwing paint.
What sets this mod aside from all the other paintball mods created over the years is the realistic ballistics of the paintballs. There's not only deviation introduced, the balls are also affected by drag force and don't splat if their velocity isn't high enough. The effect is quite believable - the efficient range (where the balls still splat, as opposed to just bouncing off stuff) is about 120-140ft (just about the performance of a good marker) and the trajectory feels right, too.
I'm just not sure if the damage infliction system works, so if anyone could check it in multiplayer, I'd appreciate that.
Perhaps this could be developed into something bigger? Any volunteers?
